He knows, Dojun talked about it the first time they slept together when he was drunk (that's another fucked up thing the doc did) and he's always saying insensitive shit. He's a scumbag, there's nothing else to it
Why the fuck does he have to make him feel even more insecure? He knows Dojun has a lot of insecurities and then go and say that kind of shit. Why isn't he just normal and start pursuing him in a respectful and romantic way? Dojun isn't even enjoying the sex.
