from my perspective, He was raised in THAT kind of family without affection nor attention, all he knows is he can ruin people who become his obstacle. His lack of love makes him a cold and ruthless person. His family is even a rich one they never bow down to others n say sorry. And also, who told u that recognizing the feeling of love is easy? cuz u read tons of romance stuff n u know "oh the badump badump, it must be love" NO, even i dont realize i like my crush after few years when im living in a normal family. It takes time.
What about him who doesnt even get love? how can he easily recognize it. He did do a lot of bad that we cant accept but i think he's pitiful, not all people in this world is pure good nor bad. and i think making him with a some flaw in his character is attractive and more real-like...
