Thats cause we symphatize with Kangjin - Chisoo is sweet to him and he was deeply hurt by Jungkwon - while we dont really care about random people haha and also we expect Jungkwon to be a good guy since he's the MC and "a good guy" and we had no expectations for Chisoo because we know he's a criminal from the start. I guess being a gangster is also seen as less personal and more as just criminal activity job while what Jungkwon did was very personal and his decision to hurt someone close who trusted him. It's all about the emotions involved
Why many of you are so pissed at jungkwon just because he dumb kangjin. while lots of you are adoring chisso so much
that your forgetting that his a leader of a mafia loan shark. that have no mercy for those who can't pay their debts to them.
So chisso is not just a bad guy his evil open your eyes every one and you will see that chisso will be the main villain to kangjin x Jungkwon love story.
