she didn't have the choice but choose to make a use of the prince and the empress because of her mother. She want to be a normal maid but never know how to do the job properly, she always asked other maid. Until she got the favor for both the prince and empress, she started doing nothing. All she can do is feel sorry for the maid that being punished bcs of her, i mean if she have the favor of those two, she can try at least negotiate with them or whatever. Because if i'm the maid in the palace, i too will feel annoyed, she never do her job properly oh my god .....
+ eris play with lil helena because she have no choice, she didn't like helena not only because she got the prince's favor, but bcs everyone talked about how nice those two if they become a couple and expect helena to be the empress, while eris pay all of her life to learn how to be the empress. It's unfair ofc. It's kinda similiar with Remarried Empress' situation.
oh no i totally agree i don’t like her lol but i was just saying i understand that she does have some hardships and just as you said she doesn’t try hard enough to make up for the things she knows is wrong that happen bc of her for example when the prince slapped eris she literally did nothing so yeah i don’t like her at all i was just saying that the person we should be blaming for being a horrible piece of shit is the prince but i still don’t like helena all that much <3
i’m not mad at helena tbh bc she’s never shown that she has feelings for the crown prince and i think it’s pretty clear she doesn’t want it bc it only attracts hate from ppl. helena obviously can’t refuse orders from a prince and the empress and she already said she just wanted to be a normal maid but she never will bc that piece of shit crown prince won’t leave her alone but at the same time i don’t rlly see our FL and her being friends only bc of the guys that flock and surround her and that is rlly sad
