I only remember it was a part of a manga with multiple stories and still ongoing i believe, what I remember from it is that the uke(looked to me like he was, but idk for sure since it wasn't finished) is gay and likes foreign actors, he meets the seme who has blonde hair and he thinks he is a foreigner (and seme pretends like he actually is), and later he sees him at a ttain station helping an old woman and realises he us not....
