The anime I forgot when I was 9

Ok I wanna find the anime I forgot. And read the rest of the story. So for context. There is this rich aunt with his depressed niece (which just had a liking to horrifying things) so the aunt wanted to find a solution for her to be the perfect girl so she hired gentlemen that are handsome within her school and she left them to do their work. So yeah the boys got scared by her dolls and other stuff but they happen to find out that she's really beautiful. So they work together to make her graceful (and I think it worked) so the aunt came back and she saw her niece the most beautiful girl she's ever seen so she went to ask them again to make her the most graceful girl and they refused and ran away being chased by an aunt.
