if you mean list or albums go to it and copy the url and they paste it to whatever
no they meant how to share things on ''people are sharing'' section
Click the 3 lines on the very top then u can see 'Things' there.
Then explore the page. there's a lot of 'things' there u can share ..

Are u using desktop or phone?
Go to the three lines in the top right corner and if your on your phone under desktop version or something like that it will say things and that’s how you share
Or go to your homepage I think it’s called and if you look it will say things as well
