Yes he is from the future, instead of being like the mc remembering her past life, he went back in time (this is from spoilers i read)
But, then why is he so nice to his aunt? I thought she was pretty awful to him? Though, she did take care of him until he turned 9 or 10. She was his only mother figure for a long while. So even if she was mean, he probably doesn’t want her dead. Plus he called her mom when she was in danger, so he’s definitely attached. So yeah, lol I guess I answered my own question as to why he doesn’t want her dead. Still a little strange that he isn’t questioning why she’s acting so differently though.

If I remember correctly the reason why he is being nice and caring about the mc is that she's the only blood relative related to him. Apparently, it was a lie that Rudiger + winterwald was related to Luca.
Anyways a reason why Luca wasn't happy with Rudiger was that in the past timeline when Rudiger was about to die he said to Luca that it was a lie that he loved Luca and he only said it was only his duty to protect him. In that moment Luca realized that his aunt (Judith) was more important.

Also just to say, the previous Judith actually loved Luca but couldn't bear the thought that her beloved sister died and since Luca didn't look like her at all she started to dislike him, but when he left she felt empty so she teamed up with Franz (villain) thinking that he would be able to help Luca become successor without scandals or death. So she was technically good.

This technically summarizes what I want to know. I just wanted to know why Luca is suddenly nice to his aunt. And now I know that his aunt just wanted to help him be successful when he thought she betrayed and sold him. Thanksss! But you can tell more if you want to ahahahahahaha
The main character is kinda like a regressor like Luca. She was the og Judith.
So in her 1st life, she was in the modern world (Korean), then she ended up forgetting her 1st life in her 2nd life, which she was in this world and was Judith. Then she died (in her 2nd life), Luca then reversed the time when the 'novel ended' and she ended up going back in time with no memories of her 2nd life but memories with her 1st.
To make it more clear:
1st life: In the modern world (read the novel)
2nd life: In the world of the manhwa and is Judith (has no memories of 1st life)
3rd life: Present time, is Judith (has memories of 1st life only)
Also, you may be wondering, Luca reversed time?? Yeah , he did.
He was able to reverse time because when he was in Winterwald there was this cup that was passed down from generation to generation kinda thing and the cup only grants wishes from those who have royal blood (Luca + Judith). But it was kept a secret because a long time ago the king gave the cup to the Winterwald. The reason was simple, it was to keep the royal blood from being greedy. Then when time went on, it was soon forgotten.
ThEN the rEason why Luca reversed time was that his goal is to kill Franz (villain) and make Judith happy.
