Seriously tho, if i conversed with these people up close, I'd end up punching them. I hate it when they insist without having any proof to prove their point and simply ignore what you said when you explained it quite simply and in a logical manner (with proof too).

Yessss exactly. I feel you on a spiritual level. I think i need some sort of practice. It's wasteful when we spend our feelings, even anger to people that use their brain only when it comes to basic functions like breathing.

I've had years of experience and honestly, it doesn't get any better. I always get unreasonably angry someone with negative iq. The most logical choice would probably be to walk away from the argument and save your precious braincells.

yeah, it's ultra hard to hold your anger, and yes sadly the only way to stop it is by simply ignoring the conversation. At least the anger by ignoring it will be only for a few seconds compared to you actually answering and ruining your mood. I really need practice for that

I just found on of your comments, in I believe the manga is called Fragments of your soul. And omg I finally found someone with the same way of thinking how many authors will lean with the rape and then make it seem like it's okay and make them fall in love. Which I'm always furious about. And when talking or commenting, some stupid people will try to justify it. And there really is no winning such conversation with those people who are out of their minds.

It just feels unrealistic and is incredibly damaging tbh To them it's something that sells well, but it quite literally ruins the quality of the story for people who appreciate depth in characters. I get using rape as drama plot point or even to view it something which makes the main relationship in a dark story toxic, BUT present it as a crime with consequences in the psyche of the victim. Don't freaking romanticise it.

And yes, certain comments reach ridiculous levels to justify it, since they can't handle the reality of what they read. A lot of the readers are minors as well, hence why a lot of them lack the maturity to fully process morally bad power dynamics. I was a minor myself when i started on this site and i used to eat up "romanticised rape plot" for breakfast, even on smut shoujo stories.
I know people that straight up accept and understand the content they choose to read, without justifying it and frankly speaking, i have no problem with them. They're not the ones justifying damaging ideologies after all.
