Judging from Skylars mums personality I don't think she would've let them without a fight. Also considering how much money she has she probably would've won so I'm guessing their family realised it wasn't worth it as not only would they lose in a legal sense but it would sever the friendship between both families.
Yeah, you're right... :( but still, it just hurts cuz poor Skyler being abused by his mum, even in the end she just left him. (Perhaps for the better but still, he must have loved her bc she was his mom) :(
Yeah, no child should ever have to go through what he went through. I can imagine even when he was acting rebellious a part of him still hoped that his mother would still show some care. At least he has Yeonduk now so he won't be all alone!
Bruh why didn't yeonduk‘s family just adopt Skyler? Yeonduk‘s mom knew everything and still let her “friend” abuse her CHILD Skyler. It makes me so mad, yeonduk’s mom could have saved Skyler.
