I don’t dislike the main character because I don’t think it was his intention to hurt him. But he’s only considered his own feelings so far.
1. When HE was feeling guilty about rejecting him so harshly back in highschool and wanted to redeem himself so HE could sleep better at night.
2. HE never actually apologizes and just draws out the whole situation. Spending time with him and getting him gifts instead of doing what he was supposed to do -> apologize ffs
3. HE is confused about his feelings towards the cutie whose name I forgot and rejects him again.
Like I get it. Emotions are complicated but softie is the one who’s actually suffering. He was over you and you come back into his life to confuse him and hurt him again?!! Puh-lease ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
