I would say at this point it's neither of these things. First attempt she was afraid and still wishing for a change in her life and second she literally just gave up in life
Is it courage or cowardness to atempt suicide twice? When I die, will I finally get your time, will you finally visit my grave? How much despair more must she endure? I cry, its sad. What's even more sad is when its caused by misunderstanding.... ML, I hope you suffer enough. Suffer even more than the pain Violet been through. Don't you dare repent till you do so.
