Well it's more to do with morphed looking monsters/ghosts/etc, it involves dead people. So it's not scary that you'll be surprised or freaked out, just like darkangel mentioned it's a bit gory/ bloody. In my opinion it gives this reality kind of feel so it's not scary.
Please take into consideration the feelings of someone who is slightly more sensitive to scary things. I always want to read a good manga, but I noticed the horror tag. Is it really scary or nah?
