chiwoo was PASSED OUT. he didn’t know what was happening, and was clearly much more drunk than hwan. just because they were both drunk does not mean it’s not rape, neither of them gave consent, but it was hwan who took the initiative to continue to have sex with chiwoo. again, yes hwan was drunk too, but that doesn’t excuse what he did.
