Yes there's a novel, from what I found on novelhd you can find it with chapters 26+ so chapter 31 in the novel begins were chapter 30 in the webtoon ended; the scene with the doctor trying to tell her to give up, but I suggest reading 30 since there was a scene we didn't see in the webtoon on what lead to the project she was working on.
