I see, when uploading through imgur it May take some time for the mods to upload it for you, if they haven't sent a reply to your report yet you may just have to wait and if they have sent a reply what did they say exactly?
They have replied and that's what they said now you can upload new chapter by click "upload new chapter for this manga" in the report panel, it is very easy to use and fast for authorized uploader, and you can edit it at anytime after you publish a chapter

That means you have to upload the chapter through mangago its easy like they said just have to choose the chapter number then add all the images suujin included a detailed explaination on how to do it
