Yeaaaah I feel ya. At some point I feel ashamed of myself for liking shoujo....and then I have to stop and think about it lol.
Nothing happens in Shoujo manga...............its like there is almost no development in their relationships ever. I MEAN COME ON SKIP BEAT HAS LIKE HOW MANY HUNDREDS OF CHAPTERS AND NO ONE HAS CONFESSED YET?? I stopped like in the 100's of skip beat I gave up.
I used to like shoujo a lot, but I got really tired of the slow development, and hell~~ I'm with you about skip beat kkkkkkkkkkk

things do happen in shoujo but they just make me want to slash hammer my wall like when they realize they are in love and they start avoiding each other or when there is this third girl that tries to break up the couple, it happens in yaoi too but not as much as in shoujo also love triangels(also in yaoi) i know there are people who like thar but i am just like
