I remember reading this manga about an uke who left the seme because he got too posessive so he left to another city (I guess?) and years later he landed a nice job and became quite successful. He even got himself a girlfriend.
But one day the seme showed up before him. Turns out he's been tracking the uke for years, and he wanted the uke back but the uke refused because he's scared of the seme and he already got a gf now. Then the seme seduced the gf to prove that his gf was not worthy of the uke (I guess he slept with her too, idk).
