hmm... yea it's a douchebag move... but in another way, I also think it would have been good to take Elle into his own care rather than his ex fiancee's, like i don't want elle to grow up in an environment where he was not told that he was loved, where he is neglected because of his mother's depression. But dudeeee, why would you take someone's child and let your ex take care of the child??? That's just plain evil and heartless even if you had good intention...
