To all ppl saying why FL can't get stronger. The story told us already that she has a weak body, weak heart, live with medication. Therefore cannot run away cuz she doesn't even have money for herself to survive.
So the other option for her is to rely on someone else, if she really want to escape, however she legit have no one.
So the final option is death, and now she cannot even die.
She has no name/title for herself, no money, a super weak body that can even faint from running away, etc. So, yeh, she has to suffer and endure everything.
