i feel the same way. not even just teact that its problem after problem after problem but theres wayyyy too many fucking flashbacks. like 2 or 3 in a row with the dream flashback trope. kind of annoying tbh but im gonna read the next few chapters to see if its actually worth it

I don't think she's that kind of useless character, but rather that she's just a normal person, the whole situation that she faced in no moment she had the slightest chance. There was always a man to harass her or she ended up having to deal with super strong zombies, and despite countless attempts she was not really raped (amen because my share of that in the Yaoi is enough). I think she was very smart to stick to ML, even if for that she needed to seduce him, seeing that he was the only one who doesn't look at her like a hole to stick his dick in. I really liked and I really understand her confusion in this world and I believe that she is the type of FL that evolves according to the story

What kind of lame, one dimensional opinion is this? So because she doesn’t get over her past trauma in a flash she’s a weak character? Are you really saying that a potential rape victim should just brush off her experiences and all of a sudden become strong? That isn’t how it works, in both reality and a story setting. People need therapy and lots of time to fix trama and get over it, more so for her who is in an underdeveloped world where not only does she not have a weapon or a place to stay safe in but that there’s a language barrier and an obvious division between foreigners and the locals of that world. She hasn’t been given a single break during this whole ordeal. You’re a forgetting that from the moment she isekai’d to when she was put into the mine was literally a nights worth of time. Idk how tf someone is supposed to deal with trauma that they probably haven’t even properly acknowledged yet in slightly over 24 hours. And to top it all off, the only other friend she had was killed after becoming a monster and she escaped, survivors guilt is also weighing on her mind and that further worsened her already fragile mental state. You're being so immature and insensitive when you state that she’s a weak character because she isn’t kicking ass right after suffering from a traumatic event and as far as I’m concerned she IS a strong fl, even after all she’s been through she’s still persevering and trying to survive, just because she doesn’t do it in the way you think it should be done doesn’t diminish her effort. Maybe actually think before you speak, you shaming her for her means of survival is just so childish, why shouldn’t she use her body if it means she survives? How can she defend herself when she has no weapon to do so or even if she did, she has no knowledge of how to use such weapon; or were you expecting her to become a master swordsman as soon as she decided she needed to become strong? That isn’t how character development works nor is it how reality works either. Maybe go back to reading your Chinese novels where the fl solves everything immediately and pointless enemies pop up every five second just to make the fl look good. A ‘strong’ female lead isn’t measured by their physical power, it’s a combination of a lot of things- from her intelligence, awareness of herself as a person to her emotional quotient and so on. You labelling her as a weak character is literally saying that only physically/mentally strong people can be a strong female lead. People have flaws, they aren’t omnipotent nor are they a god perhaps actually take a moment to understand that before commenting shit. Im also into that, but what I also like about this is that, FL's actions are more realistic compared to other isekai stories. people should also keep im mind that this is not an isekai story where either the FL was reincarnated and she has an idea of the world shes in (like its from the novel they read) nor she has memories of that characters past and she can understand everything.

But I didn’t say she doesn’t do anything, what I mean by normal is that she doesn’t get there with prior knowledge of struggle, medicine or memories of reading some kind of novel, etc. She was a hairdresser who was thrown into a crazy world where people fight with swords, there are zombies, slavery is accepted and where she doesn't understand the language. So as soon as she gets there it is a succession of attacks, whether by men or monsters, and the only moment she has peace is when she is being enslaved in a mine or running away with her friend who is dying. And I don't think that seducing ML is useless, on the contrary. These zombies besides being very strong and fast they are basically impossible to kill, the only way seen so far is with a blue fire that only a few rare people know how to do and ML is one of those people. So if you add this plus he doesn't want to rape or sell her, besides having already saved her, it makes perfect sense for her to want to be with him for protection since she has no weapon or knowledge of how to use it. I do love strong mls and weak as well because the weak ones tend to do more progress and have more of background behind them. But I read the comment and said what I thought of them. I know the mc was thrown into an unknown world and anyone would be freaked out. But a question, did she have a place to live? Who's body was she in? Did she at least try to find out what was happening around her? And the second one. When she has been sexually harassed so many times, then why has she not tried to learn self defense? I mean, it is a world with zombies and all so she can't just live as a normal human being because this is not that world right? I am not saying that she should suddenly become a badass and a strong mc but that she is an adult who can make decisions and can see what's wrong and right. So I do not understand why she has to hide behind the MLs back? Shouldn't she at least try and do something herself? That is my point.

So I also don't like characters that are basically an ornament and that depends a lot on the ML, but in this case it is not exactly like that. About trying or not to learn how to defend herself, so far, she hasn't had the slightest opportunity. As I said before, she has been attacked constantly and the only moments of peace were when she was enslaved in the mine or on the run - and it is not as if the guys who wanted to rape her were going to teach her to defend herself -, besides there is a language barrier. And also from what I understood, the time of her arrival in this world for the mine was one day, then indefinite time at the mine, then she ran away and then she found ML. For now she just follows the ML, she wants to get out of the danger zone where the zombies are and go to the city, so following him is the safest route for her. And about the flashbacks in this case I think the author just didn’t know how to put it in the right way, however it was only at the beginning and now you can go on with the story smoothly
