Most fujoshis are LGBT+ people though, either bi/lesbian girls or closeted trans people so it's not fetishising whatsoever. Even if they're straight they should be allowed to read yaoi since plenty of people can't come out or haven't figured out themselves.

I'm not trying to be malicious? I'm just saying you got the wrong info, there's no mention of sexuality in "fujoshi", it just refers to women who read BL, they can be lesbian/bi (which is commonly the case). And I linked some resources providing correct info. That's all.
I argued with a person on facebook, a fujoshi shared a post that was clealry fetishizing gay people. And a bi “pick me” person commented this while I was saying in the comment on the post made that not gay people should not fetishize gay people
