i actually disagree with only one point, that this latest chapter wasn't rape. it 100% was rape lol. hwan was in a position of power and they both cannot properly consent since they r both under the influence i 100% agree with BUT! hwan still was less under the influence and enacted this and actually held down chinwoo. I do consider this rape, if chinwoo was less drunk and had gotten on top of hwan or something of the sort then chinwoo would've raped hwan respectively. but i 100% agree on all of ur other points <3

ummm so you can't really say how alcohol affect someone...His cheeks are red and he's drunk, yes not as drunk as Chinwoo but still drunk...an example, a bottle of sujo makes me kinda drunk but my best friend just passes out...however, I still do stupid stuff. Idk if that makes sense...both are under the effect of alcohol, one more, other less, but still both are drunk. If you take this to court for instance, it won't be considered as rape either. That's just my opinion though, but the fact that Hwan is shit is undeniable and I would never defend him...I'm just looking at the overall situation (●'◡'●)ﾉ

the court also dismisses so many rape cases because of little stuff like that even tho they are ACTUAL VICTIMS/SURVIVORS and yeah we definitely agree that hwan has previously raped him and yes alcohol affects ppl differently, chinwoo kissed hwan which was yk just a kiss but hwan at the end of the day did get on top of chinwoo and held him down lol. im aware of the affects of alcohol I just think it's honestly valid to consider that rape. they both properly couldn't consent in this situation but I think hwan was still in the highest position of power.

well emotionally looking at the situation you would say yes it's rape...but logically not really. I'm a girl myself so I can understand better than anyone else how important this whole thing is but again alcohol is what we are talking about, even if he was like yeah do me, it still meant NOTHING. Hwan was already attracted to him, and he was also drunk -again not as Chiwoo but still was drunk- so no matter what, it won't be considered rape. Of course I feel bad for Chiwoo that his first time was so shitty with someone shittier, but that's just the fact and reality. at the end of the day by chinwoo drunkinly kissing hwan he wasn't ASKING FOR SEX LOL chinwoo is not in the wrong here, hwan literally began to make out and let me add WITH NO PREPERATION just started fucking him??? like idk I appreciate u being rlly respectful abt this and ur opinion is valid but also it just doesn't make logical sense how this isn't rape. it's obvious in the beginning of the episode hwan has more drinking experiences and he's a MASTER manipulator. he also in the future sexually assaulted chinwoo between the chapters 9-11 like I mentioned so I know for a fact this IS rape. by chinwoo kissing hwan, he isn't asking for sex. chinwoo is therefor, not in the wrong, but the fact that yes physical stuff has to be taken into account where hwan was able to actually hold down chinwoo, it's actually drawn lol, it's rape.

I usually like sticking to the main characters even if they make mistakes or are sorta shitty but Hwan is just a NO to me. For the recent chapter, it's not rape because they're BOTH drunk, so consent can barely exist even if it does, it usually doesn't have any meanings bcz of alcohol. However, what Hwan had done in chapter 9 and 10 is something we call RAPE. People barely pointed out during that time though, Idk maybe most of you think rape only refers to shoving it in the hole :/
