i personally disagree, but it's kinda half/half- one of them kind of initiated it and then the other is a psychopath. But it isn't fully rape, in my opinion. If this was a situation you were in, and you believe it was, then I am very, very wrong.
Rape is not an opinion. A kiss doesn't mean you are okay for the next level. Amd if you are under the influence of something ( durgs, alcool, whatever you want) you are not on your right mind and so you can't give consent.
Amd their is no "half rape". Even if one initiate it, if he is not in his right mind, you can't move to the next step, because when you are drunk or high, you do things that you wouldn't do in your right mind. (That's what happens with those who became violent, those who tell all of their secret...ect) so yes, it's a rape
