at first, thought it's gonna be cliche. then saw that serial killer word. hurmm what makes it different with the other messed up manhwa? and then there's demons involved... who knows what the sec seme gonna be next. another serial killer? twisted police officer? hecc who knows. just from reading this i think there's a lot going on. if done right, maybe you can pull it off and make it into a masterpiece and not a huge... MESS. if i were to rate I'll give it three star from what i just read up there. give it ur all (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ imma follow this comment so if u do end up making one, lemme know cuz i wanna read it <3
Could be interesting! Is he a power bottom? What is the demon like? What does the second seme adds to the story, is it a love triangle? At what extent is mc famous?
YES most important: be sure that everything is valuable in your story, otherwise it will feel very messy ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
Sounds interesting. I like how there are fundamental flaws in the MC and how he isn't a traditional 'mary sue'. He makes mistakes, and pays the consequences in return. It also makes sense to have an unhappy ending.
Just my opinion (don't have to listen):
I think it would definitely be interesting to have a few chapters with an outsider's perspective of Aoi in the beginning of the webtoon and after Aoi's reputation has crashed. It would also be interesting to see investigators and their response to the accusations and murders. Will Aoi be under surveillance? I think it would also interesting to have scenes where Aoi potentially spirals into insanity, experiences his first kill whether it is accidental or not, and Aoi feeling extreme fear for the first time ever after the demon threatens him.
This idea sound so good, I can imagine a origin scene of Aoi's recruitment. Aoi is singing in an underground subway tunnel. Next to Aoi sits a guitar case. Smiling and singing, the audience is enchanted by Aoi. Unbeknownst to everyone except the readers, we get an x-ray of the inside of the guitar case... where dismembered human body parts sit.

A random idea about the 2nd seme... he could be one of the ppl trying to solve the murder cases, and happens to be at the right place at the right time to witness the uke being sketchy, however he doesn't tell the police (and maybe let's the uke know he knows) so he can be manipulative n stuff idk bwhahaha
I haven’t quite worked out the details of what the second seme is like. I’m thinking of two potential roles that lead to very different endings. Either the seme is just as horrible as Aoi and has some sort of connections to help Aoi with with wicked schemes...or he’s someone who is close to Aoi maybe a group member that doesn’t know what Aoi does and ultimately when he finds out he turns Aoi over to the police.
I keep thinking of different plot ideas. If I go with the 2 seme being innocent I’m thinking that the demon doesn’t end up with Aoi at the end but instead the innocent friend. If I go with the seme being a horrible person too, then it could be a relationship between all three of them. I still need to decide on that...
And yes this would be a love triangle, and Aoi is a power bottom.
Thank you! I’m thinking of plot ideas 24/7 and sometimes the plot I had in mind changes. This is just a general idea.. the bones of the story if you will, so idk if this will stick but I’ve made stories similar to this so hopefully it won’t be a mess. I wish I could show the character designs but I don’t think there’s a way to do that on here.
You literally just explained exactly what I was thinking!! I made this plot with Death note and killing stalking in mind. So I want to have scenes of him being watched by the police and having him go insane. I want to have him feel what it’s like to have everybody loving him and adoring him, then having people hate him and look down on him.
Aoi like I mention likes having people being disenchanted with him, but in his own terms. Aoi thinks very highly of himself and views everyone else to be below him and pathetic. Having people think less of him would make him go mad. Especially since he can’t do anything about it.

Yes that sounds so awesome!! I was kinda thinking of something like this too. I think the second seme might end up with that kind of role. I want all the characters that are involved to have meaning to the plot. Even the side characters and victims.
I’m thinking this’ll probably come out in a year or two, I want to make sure everything makes sense and not just wing it. Ya know? Anyways when I start making it I’ll let you all know! Maybe I can make a teaser to preview what it’s gonna be like.

I love the sketch! I love the little hair swirl, and the innocent doe eyes. The image screams 'innocence'. My personal preference between the two images is the pink hair. It definitely contrasts with the eyes and adds extra to the innocent look. Since the webtoon might be black or white, I don't know if there would be a difference lol.
I'm not too sure, but I would stay away from black and darker colors as it might make the character 'too heavy'. I prefer lighter colors for more 'innocent looks'. However, if you intend to make the webtoon dark, moody, and heavy with the black and white colouring, I say black hair all the way.

I’m thinking of making a BL webtoon (I’m from Japan but I’m living in America so it’d be a webtoon right? Lol) anyways I’ve made little comics before for my friends and school projects so I know how to make comics and I can draw :D
I have some of the characters designs done and I have a general idea what I want for the plot but can anyone give me any ideas or feedback?
It’s a story in the “ukes” perspective. the “ukes” name is Aoi and he’s a idol. He’s very innocent looking and is world wide famous. He’s known to be the angel of the group he’s in. He’s got a very outgoing and cheerful personality. No one knows about his backstory or where he came from, he got recruited when someone took a video of him singing in an underground subway tunnel. His video blew up because of his angelic voice and his beautiful appearance.
What people don’t know is that Aoi is a serial killer that takes pleasure in seeing people being disenchanted by him. He has a messed up backstory, so he finds pleasure killing people who idolize him, then cursing him. I won’t get into the backstory bc there’s a lot to cover. He kills people of any ages, gender, sexuality, race, etc.
Aoi has done this since he was 13 (he’s now 21) he starts to find things boring and decides to summon a demon. Aoi and the demon (seme number 1) make a contract that aoi will supply the demon the people he’s killed in order of not being the demons food himself. Aoi keeps a steady number of people he kills but recently he starts to decrease the amount of people he’s killing which now throws the demons hunger off.
The demon earns Aoi that if he doesn’t start killing more people Aoi will be the next victim. Aoi starts committing more murders, but since he’s rushing them he starts to slip up. Aoi, the idol who’s never had a rumour or scandal, the idol everyone loves and adores, starts to be suspected for recent murders. Dundundunnn
I have a way that he’ll get out of it but his reputation gets ruined big time. That’s just the begging of the plot there’s a looot more. Plus there’s two semes. I haven’t thought up the second seme yet but he’ll come into the picture eventually. And he’ll probably be horrible too.
I’m thinking this won’t have a happy ending just Aoi is literally the worst human ever. Btw no rape.
