I'll try my best. Cain main demon is supposed to be the ruler of hell, but got dethroned by someone in his kingdom. He was shot in the chest with shrapnel to make him weak and killable so he fled to find a doctor to remove it. The original person he was looking for died, but the guy with cuts all over his hands was able to do something similar to the doctor Cain was looking for. The white haired guy that brainwashed Cain's lover's friend, that is Cain's second in command and he's now not so secretly working against Cain's interests. The human that Cain likes that's his door, the door allows him to sneak in and out of hell and gain power. Then the guy with the neck tattoo that is Cain's loyal royal guard. I think I got all the important bits.
