Can u go outside? Maybe just sit in your car
Maybe you could try to read a webtoon instead, they have larger texts so it's easier to read :( hope everything gets better soon
maybe see if it has a drama cd and listen / watch (if its on youtube, where sometimes you can listen&read the manga together. )
Listen some music I also do tht my neighbours fight most of times it's frustrating especially while readin manga when someone around ya create ruckus .
My home situation is a mess. I want to read my manga but can't concentrate ugh
