Not really I'll say 50/50 because she didn't ask for it but also she kinda forced herself onto him because he wasn't feeling too good so she offered herself to him although he didn't want it

I've a suspicion of a possible plot--this is not a spoiler but just my guess work-- that the Emperor in his aphrodisiac-drugged state is going to end up coming across a wandering Patrizia and a whole lot of unpleasantness--to very mildly put it-- will happen. Well, I'll know if I'm right if the next chapter starts with a trigger warning.
