kash already gave you how to upload & stuff i believe, so here are some tips: don't upload chapters to a manga/hwa/hua that's already being translated. pick up comics that have been dropped / yet to be translated. if you want to upload chapters to a manga/hwa/hua that's already taken care of, make sure to put a notice or smth. scanlation groups usually drop the comics they're working on due to it being sniped
