Anyone know of a couple who cheated on each other using the same man?

They're a gay couple.
Guy show evidence of cheating to the lover, convince him to cheat with him for revenge. So both cheated on each other with the same man.

And I think, the man convinced the unnoticed lover that he will dump his partner as a revenge too.
