Why not just write it??
It's quite rare to have a novel/book to become a comic atleast outside japan and korea where comics are a big deal, sorry i really couldn't help you about anything best bet you have us to talk to different artist and see if they are interested into making it as a comic. Good luck with what you are doing in the future hope to read it if you ever publish it!!
you could upload your stuff onto the webtoons website but as for the drawing part i guess find someone on twitter or smth who’s willing to be commissioned to draw for you

How about try Webtoon? There are artist who are posting their Webtoon there for people to read for free. I don't know if posting there is free though but there are a lot of Webtoons there that are getting Netflix adoptation like sweet home you can read it there for free and if you want to give more support to the author you can go ahead and buy a fast pass chapters just like what I do to give more income to the authors there.
Guys I'm wondering, there are stories I've written that are not yet complete and ongoing stories as well. I also have a lot of new ideas and storyline for future stories that I'm going to write BUT I have no idea where I can publish it and make it into a manga or something like that. We'll for one I can't draw so it is impossible for me to do one myself. Do you guys have any suggestions or recommendations for me about where I can turn to? Do you guys know anyone who would like to draw for my stories?
