I agree, I really admire characters that don't care about what people think/say of them.
Acts helpless and weak but is actually 2 steps ahead of enemies, also has ptsd for some spice

For me I would say someone who is honest, blunt and straightforward. A little sarcastic and funny. Someone who doesn't care about other people's opinions about them.
Example would be Jing Ying from ''your scandals are way cuter than you'' :D
