This guy transforms into a girl for some reason, and then starts having sex with his friend. I think his name is Sora.
I forgot why he has transformed into a girl. His friend sometimes mentions how he misses Sora and wants him to come back. He thinks Sora has gone on a trip to mountains or smth.
It has lots of smut, almost every chapter. And has 20+ chapters. And they both either go to school or are on vacation.
