if you're gonna cook and throw it away i suggest you put lots of chillies, onions and garlic.
... I love chillies, onions, and garlic. I wouldn't et it either way, but, in my opinion it's be worse (or better depending how you look at it) to put sardines, anchovies, and swamp water in it, making a disgusting pot of homophobic remains.
