Yep there is! But the Korean version probably has more chapters and manhwa (for obvious reasons). And some yaoi are changed to shounen ai on the English version (ex. Checkmate)

I downloaded lezhin rn and idk if it's Korean, Chinese or Japanese but I want to know if there is a English version of lezhin or something like that.
