So the more I think about it, the more it makes sense.
Saitama probably doesn't have sex that often anymore. With his speed and strength, he'd probably kill his partner.
Since Genos can be fixed on a regular basis and is as tough as hell, he is possibly the only one who can uke for Saitama.
