I see your point but Lancelot made it in time cause his powers and his disciples are worlds apart. Sure he needs them to handle various situations to keep everything in "Harmony" i guess, but he is far more capable than his disciples. And i don't think he ever deliberately tried to steal credit from his people
I understand you. But this kind of boss has two subtypes; someone who can do all the works but since he's the boss, why do he wanted to do all those works; or someone who only know how to talk, but when something matters, he know nothing.

I disagree with you, he's really capable. If he wasn't how'd he have gotten to his fiance in such a short time? Just because someone really capable in a certain field makes one mistake ( big or small)doesn't mean they've lost all their capabilities in their area of expertise.
That's what I'm saying. He was capable. But since he's the boss....it doesn't necessary for him to do all the works
