said 12 year old will most definitely read yaoi no matter the answer, but keep in mind that most yaoi are completely unrealistic and should in no way be taken seriously. when a either partner in sex says no, even a fleeting no, it should be taken seriously. any sort of forced sex, even when both are lovers or married, is rape and should never be taken lightly. nobody is horny or desperate enough to enjoy rape and getting hard/wet is a natural physical reaction and doesn't mean the victim is enjoying it. there are so many other things to keep in mind and a 12 year old still has little to no exposure to how such stuff works, so I don't suggest yaoi for such a young person.
