In every omegaverse authors always write an introduction of what their omegaverse world looks like, they could make anything happen as they see fit but two things never change: All omegas can get pregnant regardless of their gender, All alphas have penis regardless of their gender. Other situations depends on what the author wants like if male betas or female alphas can get pregnant, or if male betas can impregnate omegas and such...in most cases betas are just normal people like us.
