To be fair, the current events right now are set 8 years after the whole ordeal with the club members and that creepy investigator dude (forgot his name lol) and he might've used that timeframe to heal/deal with his sister's death. I personally think Kirin has come into terms with seorin's death when he finally was able to get his revenge on the club members. If I remember correctly, he mentioned that if he went and reported to the police instead, the members would just use their rich status to lessen the punishment they would get. Although he chose a more not so legal/moral route, he felt that he was able to give his sister the justice she deserves (rather than by going to the police because of the reasons ive stated above).
