As a gay man, let me just say, most of this is pretty unrealistic. It's really uncommon to do any butt stuff without some serious preparation. Not a spur of the moment type deal, unless you want things to get messy in a bad way. Rimming is a pretty common thing, but definitely needs some cleaning prep. Using spit instead of lube is gonna end in a bad time. And the whole exclusively top or bottom, "seme or uke" thing is a lot less common in relationships, at least in my experience. But I mean, I still read it because it's adorable and really funny at times.
