This is just my opinion but I think it's because they reincarnated in different era and because they were abused for a long time while being in that tiny body. It's supposed to have psychological effects. Historical and modern lifestyles are different too so I think they don't have much experience with being nobles. They also acted matured by not fighting with kids because they're too old for that. I think they only acted cute when needed. Besides, it will be super weird too if they act as teenager in front of other people when they're physically 5 (as stated in prev. chapters). But besides the cutesy act from time to time, in my opinion, they act more mature for their age which is 5.
I agree. Though they may be older mentally, the means to directly influence their lives were almost nill while staying in their young bodies and mind you they were oppressed as children. Plus if i remember correctly they were highschool students when the reincarnated so dont expect too much of them. I like how they act like children compared to lady baby. That shit is creepy.

Yeah. If lady baby is real, she'll be kinda creepy. She did act cute in front of other people though. But yeah, whenever she executes her plan, if it were me, I'd be like "woah. You sure you're a kid?" Hahaha. Well, they're not me and they passed it as her, being a genius anyway. The era she's po in, the environment, plus the young Duke acts like her (being mature for their age), made people not see her as weird.
The author always makes little reminders that thr twins reincarnated and have the memories of their past life but honestly, it's so useless because they act like complete children and they never make use of experiences and knowledge they gained in their past life which was in modern times
I don't get why this was used if it's not going to have an effect on the plot
