This is the closest I can recommend which is "The Lady Wants to Rest." She keeps saying she has a disease to get out of things but she really doesn't. lol

Yeah. It's a good twist to the story instead of MC trying to survive from plotline solely. Gives a different type of "surviving" if you know what I mean. And also, getting pampered by everyone is nice. lol
