It happens when the site's owners haven't paid for the domain in time. It's like utilities for your house, if you can't pay for this month then your water/electricity/etc will get cut for the next month.

The account that myreadingmanga is hosted on is suspended, not your account itself. Relax. MRM will probably switch domains to another hosting server and be back under something else. If not then... well R.I.P.
