It's not like he hasn't threatened everyone who insulted his sister, or assigned Hari a bodyguard who reports everything directly to him.
Furthermore the Ernst family have close ties to the Royal Family, who will not oppose the match because it's not actually against the law. So Eugene can wipe out too-stupid-to-live families with impunity.
