In earlier chapter when the crown prince asked her to be the crown process, she declined and said her background would be a burden to him in the future. So I think it will be okay in the end. Lavender is stupid and tries to threaten Cabel by saying that she'll spread gossip about Eugene and Hari becoming romantically involved, but Cabel threatens to kill her for threatening his family (this is before he finds out about the relationship and thinks it's just malicious gossip). So Lavender keeps her mouth shut so she won't die.
But Eugene and Hari aren't exactly discreet, and even when they get engaged, there are no bad rumours or complaints.
It's a complete non-issue.

It's not like I disagree with their relationship and we already know that they're endgame... but how are they going to work out their way to become lovers? Everyone knows and sees them as siblings. Surely people will talk shit... unless Hari finds her real family (?)... the best way is for her to remove the ernst name. i see that as the best way for them to be together. Can anyone spoil me if that'll happen or something else...
