It fits if you think of her character. She likes to dominate and would love to top him. He’s clearly fitting the bill with all that blushing and acting like he doesn’t care. I’m sure that once they get down to it, they’ll have this cute, playful thing going on.
i really like the emperor and FL but like i don't think they work well together if that makes sense? like neither of them are a bad character concept and they'd be great in separate stories with different counterparts but having them in the same story just doesn't fit right
