It happens sometimes. That's why they take 2 tests to make sure, one as a child and one later on. It happens rarely so some don't bother to do it again. Don't ask me why I know this

yeah probably he was actually an omega all along but was underdeveloped / late bloomer and the full omega symptoms didnt show until hes older,,, IDK LMAO
I know about this too. But, what i want to know, why Nao smell like Nagi accuintance?? Is it because before he meet Nagi or really developt manuture omega he smelling some girl smell in the way to the park?
It's because the omega woman traumatized him so to him all omegas have similar scents. That's why he is a little disturbed by Nao's new scent

but how can someone changes sex out of nowhere? i mean omega can have babies, beta can't did, he grow a uterus (not sure if the male organ to have baby in omegaverse is this) out of nowhere??? i know its a manga but still...
