Can anyone tell me how to upload chapters or manga's

To like update a manga or create a new manga? If it’s to update a manga, you go to the manga (does that make sense?) and you’re going to see a flag, then at the bottom it says upload a chapter I think, (they updated this yesterday so is kinda new) you press there and follow the instructions
