tbh anything besides mpreg type omegaverse confuses me. straight omegaverse has no point bc straight ppl or characters can have kids amyways. i've also read some yuri omegaverse but how does that work? like if a female is an alpha, does she have similar genitals as male alphas? and what's the difference between a female omega and a female beta? can't they both be impregnated by alphas or men in general? can alpha females be impregnated? and how do those omega and omega pairs have kids? aren't they only able to get pregnant? i'm sorry if that was too much but i thought i was the only one who had confusion about omegaverse-
and what i meant by "mpreg type" is like bl or yaoi. whatever we're calling it nowadays.
authors actually change their "omegaverse" story, them all omegaverse stories are different.

Yuri omegaverse - the alpha female have the body of female but genitals of a male and female omega have the body and genitals of female
Straight omegaverse - they have heat and they can't get away from instinct (which when an omega goes in heat she will want an alpha to impregnate her)
Difference between female omega and female beta - female omega goes in heat, female beta doesn't
And for omega x omega it's based on the author if in that world an omega can impregnate another omega
Basically it's based on the author what kind of omegaverse world and rule she/he created
